Yann's Restaurant & Hotel
Since Yann's Restaurant and Hotel opened in March 08, the owners Yannick & Shari, have worked hard to achieve, what is arguable, the best restaurant in Crieff, if not Perthshire. Yann's has received excellent reviews in the National papers, and even Corryard Developments got a mention!!, click here for the Scotsman article.
We worked on fixed price, fixed timeline (7 weeks) contract to convert Glenearn B&B into a restaurant and small hotel. Below is a list of the main jobs which we performed.
- Knocking through walls to create the dining room and lounge areas
- Fitting new industrial kitchen & walk-through to dining room
- Create new hallway & customers' toilets
- Tiling & plumbing throughout
- Renovation of wooden floors & old fireplaces
