Bannochy Cottage, Fowlis Wester
We took over the renovation of Bannochy Cottage in August 2008, from another building firm. After a few weeks of careful planning, while waiting for the windows & doors from our partner Joinery works in Poland, we commenced work at the beginning of August and within 5 weeks we were finished, the following are jobs which we completed:
- Re-plumbing entire house, installing new underground LPG gas tank
- Designing and installing new kitchen
- Supply and fitting all windows & doors & staircase
- Supplying and installing 2 bathrooms, including one wetroom
- External decking the full length of the house, in the back garden
- All internal and external painting and decoration
- Electrical re-wiring (sub-contracted)
- Create new driveway, and complete landscape gardening
