Corryard Developments has won a prestigious construction award for transforming a 19th century flax mill into 5-star eco-friendly family home. Corryard Developments Limited has been won the Award for the Best Large Renovation in the UK by the Federation of Master Builders for renovating Locherlour Mill, a stunning Grade-B listed property on the edge of Ochtertyre Estate, near Crieff.
Phil Spencer, presenter of Channel 4 "Location, Location, Location" presented the award toJohn Burke & Bartek Zawilinski and their team from Corryard Developments Ltd for their amazing transformation of a 19th century flax mill into a beautiful family home.

Corryard Developments Ltd. has founded in 2006, and since then our reputation has grown steadily, we win all our projects through recommendation and word-of-month. We operating mainly in the Perthshire area, but also carryin out projects in Fife, Glasgow and Edinburgh. We have a core group of full-time employees, covering all the trades including a project manager, site managers, joiners and plumbers, as well as painters/tilers.
